Mrs. Erica Poland is a native Phoenician. Mrs. Poland has her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work which she obtained from Arizona State University.  In December 2022, Mrs. Poland obtained her license in social work. Mrs. Poland has experience working for at the Department of Child Safety as a case manager and three years at Healthy Families as a home visitor. Mrs. Poland is married with a daughter and has two cats.
