Rosana Rodriguez, Principal
Mrs. Rodriguez is a bilingual educational leader with over 18 years of experience in education. She began her career serving students as an English and English Language Learner teacher. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Rodriguez has served as an ELL Facilitator, Special Education Teacher, and Dean of Students. She transitioned to administration as an Assistant Principal in 2009 and served students at three different college preparatory high schools. Mrs. Rodriguez joined Madison Highland Prep in 2016. She has been instrumental in working with MHP’s seniors on the college admissions process and securing 100% college and university acceptance for the past 3 years. Mrs. Rodriguez holds her Arizona state Principal certification and earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from the State University of New York at Oswego, Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a minor in Bilingual Education from Arizona State University, and Graduate certificate in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
